About the Role
As an Entry Level Technician (Non-Certified Technician) at AutoNation, you'll be one of the first sets of expert hands on vehicles arriving at the dealership. You'll inspect incoming inventory, perform light service work, and complete minor repairs and adjustments so that every vehicle is ready and in saleable condition for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and service vehicles as they are delivered to the dealership.
- Perform minor repairs and small adjustments needed to prepare each vehicle for sale.
- Confirm that vehicles meet quality standards before they reach the showroom floor.
- Support the wider service team in keeping inventory moving smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in automotive service and vehicle maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job.
- Authorization to work full-time in the US.
