About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with U-Haul in Cambridge, you'll be a friendly first point of contact for customers visiting our Main Street location. Listed pay falls in the range of $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through rental options, reservations, and equipment selection
- Process rentals and returns accurately while keeping records and transactions in order
- Answer questions and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
- Assist with the handling, inspection, and upkeep of trucks, trailers, and moving equipment
- Support day-to-day operations at the Cambridge location, including evening and weekend shifts as needed
