Crescent Careers is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Engineer (AM Shift) to keep our Horseshoe Bay resort running safely and smoothly for every guest, every morning.

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer on the AM shift, you'll serve as the resort's Engineer on Duty (EOD) in Horseshoe Bay, Llano County — the first point of contact for technical issues across the property. This is a hands-on, full-time role where quick thinking, sound judgment, and dependable troubleshooting keep guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house departments operating without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance and technical requests throughout the resort, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Provide frontline support to guest rooms, public areas, and internal teams during the morning shift.
• Diagnose problems quickly and apply practical, lasting solutions across a range of building systems.
• Balance several active tasks at once, prioritizing effectively in a busy, guest-facing environment.
• Exercise careful judgment to determine when to resolve, escalate, or follow up on issues.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across common facility and building systems.
• Reliable judgment and the confidence to make sound decisions independently.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and stay composed under pressure.
• A service-minded approach focused on guest comfort and safety.
• Availability for the AM shift at the Horseshoe Bay location (on-site; this role is not remote).
