About the Role

As a Critical Power Professional based in the St. Louis, Missouri area, you will service, maintain, and support uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and related critical power equipment in the field. This on-site role is ideal for technicians who take pride in reliability, precision, and keeping essential infrastructure running without interruption. Key Responsibilities

• Perform field service, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on UPS and critical power systems across the Saint Louis region.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to keep client power infrastructure operating dependably.
• Document service activity accurately and communicate clearly with customers on site.
• Respond to service needs while upholding strict safety standards in the field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in critical power, UPS field service, or a closely related electrical/electromechanical discipline.
• Military or industry background in critical power is highly valued — our team brings an average of 22 years of combined military and industry experience.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work on-site throughout the St. Louis, Missouri area; this is not a remote position.
