About the Role

As the Regional Field Manager - Weld County, you will spearhead Americans for Prosperity's (AFP) on-the-ground engagement throughout the Weld County region of Colorado. AFP stands as a leading grassroots organization dedicated to championing practical solutions to the nation's most pressing problems. Recognizing that millions of Americans are weary of the partisan gridlock blocking sensible reform, this role works alongside principled leaders determined to chart a better path forward. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, recruit, and energize a network of grassroots volunteers and community activists across Weld County.
• Organize and execute local field campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives that advance AFP's policy priorities.
• Develop relationships with community members, partners, and policy leaders throughout the region.
• Drive measurable engagement and turnout in support of common-sense reforms.
• Coach and support volunteer leaders to expand the organization's local impact.

Qualifications

• A passion for grassroots advocacy and a commitment to advancing principled, solutions-focused policy.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to inspire and coordinate volunteers.
• Experience in community organizing, field campaigns, or a related area is highly valued.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage projects independently within a regional territory.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed throughout Weld County, Colorado.
