QRM – Quality Specialist – FSI – C_MAT

Deloitte is hiring a full-time QRM - Quality Specialist - FSI - C_MAT to join its Quality and Risk Management function, based in an international setting within King County. This onsite role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who wants to strengthen delivery quality across complex financial services engagements.

About the Role

As a QRM - Quality Specialist - FSI - C_MAT at Deloitte, you will operate within the Quality Program team, a group nested inside Quality and Risk Management (QRM). The broader QRM mandate is to oversee risk across a fast-expanding and increasingly intricate business, helping to safeguard the firm's financial health, assets, and reputation. In this position, you support that mission directly by helping engagement teams raise the bar on the quality of their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide objective, timely, and practical feedback to engagement teams to elevate delivery quality.
• Support the work of the Quality Program team in monitoring and reinforcing quality standards.
• Help identify recurring patterns and systemic issues so they can be addressed proactively.
• Contribute to protecting the firm's assets, reputation, and financial performance through sound quality and risk practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across financial services industry (FSI) engagements in King County and internationally.

Qualifications

• A strong grounding in quality assurance, risk management, or a closely related discipline.
• Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail when reviewing engagement work.
• The ability to deliver clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to professional teams.
• Familiarity with financial services industry (FSI) environments is advantageous.
• Comfort working onsite in an international, King County–based setting.
