About the Role
As a Content Creator at WITHIN, you'll embed within our Creative Production team in New York City to ideate, shoot, and edit native social content that feels authentic to the platforms it lives on. This is a hands-on, full-time freelance position for someone who genuinely lives in the feed — spotting emerging trends early and translating them into content that builds real audience connection for our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept, produce, and edit short-form video and social content, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and other fast-moving platforms.
- Transform trending formats, sounds, and cultural conversations into branded content that stops the scroll.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Production team to bring brand narratives to life across social channels.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, creator trends, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a steady output of authentic, high-quality creative that reflects each brand's voice.
Qualifications
- A deep, hands-on familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
- Demonstrated ability to create thumb-stopping, native-feeling content from concept through to final edit.
- A self-starting, highly motivated approach with a sharp creative instinct.
- Comfort working on-site in New York City as part of a collaborative production team.
