Architecture Job Captain

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is hiring a full-time Architecture Job Captain to support our Client Programs Market team in Times Square, King County. This is an on-site opportunity to help shape global and national building programs from concept through completion.

About the Role

As an Architecture Job Captain with Colliers Engineering & Design, you will work within our Client Programs (CP) Market, contributing to large-scale architectural projects delivered for national and international clients. The position centers on strong project coordination and client-focused leadership across every stage of design and delivery, giving you exposure to high-profile programs and the teams that bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural project work across the full design and delivery lifecycle, from early planning through construction documentation.
• Support project and client leadership efforts on national and global building programs within the Client Programs Market.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to keep deliverables aligned, accurate, and on schedule.
• Help maintain quality, consistency, and technical standards throughout each phase of a project.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in architecture, with a strong grasp of design and project delivery processes.
• Solid coordination skills and the ability to manage details across multiple project phases.
• A collaborative, client-oriented mindset suited to leadership-focused project work.
• Willingness to work on-site with the Client Programs Market team in Times Square, King County.
