Accenture Song is hiring an Experience Designer | Product & Conversation Design - Sr. Analyst in Quivira, Johnson County, to craft meaningful product and conversational experiences that improve how people live and work. About the Role

As a Sr. Analyst on the Accenture Song experience design team, you will shape end-to-end product and conversation design for the agency's clients. Customer experience sits at the heart of everything Accenture Song does, and in this Quivira, Johnson County role you will help design, build, and run experiences that drive lasting, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences and conversational interfaces that put users first.
• Translate client goals and audience needs into clear, human-centered design solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch meaningful experiences.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of experience design, from concept through delivery.
• Champion experience-led thinking that creates lasting value for clients and their customers.

Qualifications

• Background in experience design, product design, or conversation design.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives in your design work.
• Strong collaboration skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio or track record demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design.
• Willingness to work on-site in Quivira, Johnson County (this role is not remote).
