About the Role
This on-site Paralegal position is based in New York City, New York, and centers on delivering thorough, hands-on support to attorneys within the firm's Real Estate group. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Real Estate attorneys with the day-to-day management of transactional and related legal matters.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records to keep matters running smoothly.
- Coordinate case workflow, deadlines, and supporting materials throughout each engagement.
- Conduct research and gather information needed to advance real estate transactions and filings.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties to ensure accuracy and timely follow-through.
Qualifications
- Prior paralegal experience, ideally within a real estate or transactional practice.
