Paralegal

Blessinger Legal is hiring a full-time Paralegal to join our Legal Support team on-site in Bethesda, Montgomery County, where you will help guide clients and attorneys through every stage of the immigration process.

About the Role

As a Paralegal at Blessinger Legal, you will be a cornerstone of the firm's day-to-day immigration practice, working directly under a Supervising Attorney. This on-site position in Bethesda supports clients across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and is central to keeping cases organized, accurate, and moving forward. The role offers an annual rate of $50,000–$60,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize client documentation and supporting evidence for immigration matters.
• Accurately enter case data and maintain well-structured records throughout each matter.
• Prepare and complete immigration forms and assemble filing packages for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys in managing case progress and meeting filing requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and keep them informed during the process.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Comfort working with forms, data entry, and document management systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and attorney interaction.
• Capacity to manage multiple matters and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Reliable, on-site availability at our Bethesda, Montgomery County office.
