Our client is seeking a highly technical AI and automation professional to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows that enhance lead generation and client acquisition processes.
Requirements
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI automation workflows to improve lead generation and client acquisition processes
- Develop systems that can extract, process, and structure data from multiple online sources
- Build and optimize data pipelines that transform raw data into actionable, CRM-ready insights
- Implement data deduplication, enrichment, and prioritization logic to improve lead quality
- Integrate automation workflows with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow and pipeline visibility
- Develop and maintain web scraping systems, including handling rate limiting, session management, and platform-specific logic
- Implement document parsing solutions, including OCR for scanned files and direct extraction from digital documents
- Support the automation of outreach and follow-up processes, including sequencing and lead engagement workflows
- Collaborate closely with the founder to identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Monitor and optimize systems to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability
