Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession and passion for the field
- Speed and ability to work quickly to generate ideas and decide what can ship now
- Focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup
- Collaboration and ability to inspire and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
