Hire Digital seeks a hands-on Consumer Acquisition & Product Launch Lead to help bring a new AI-powered consumer product to market in the US and drive growth among everyday American consumers.
Requirements
- Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C, consumer app, marketplace, subscription, or self-serve product.
- Strong knowledge of both paid acquisition and organic growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience optimising CAC, conversion funnels, and user growth metrics.
- Experience supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
- Comfortable working independently in lean teams with high ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast data-driven decisions.
