Support colleagues in technical hotline, provide answers to customers about technical products, create FAQs, online courses, and tutorials, provide technical support on a remote basis, and provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related field
- German (B2) and English skills (min. B2)
- 40 hours/week as an intern
- Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things
