The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows desktop application development, accessibility APIs, and a user-centric mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML
- Deep understanding of Windows application architecture and interop between managed and native code
- Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs and a dedication to building accessible software
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms
- Experience leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and making architecture-level decisions
