Replit is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive customer success and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or technical sales, preferably in SaaS or developer tools, and a strong passion for AI and automation.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer success tools
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of new technologies
