Vibe.co is reimagining how brands reach audiences in the age of streaming. We’re looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to set the strategy for our GTM enablement function, build a structured onboarding program, and use AI to deliver personalized coaching and deal support.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy
- Proven track record building or scaling an enablement program at a high-growth company
- Fluency with AI tools across the enablement lifecycle
