The Proposal Specialist is responsible for creating compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities and support the company’s growth in the software development and IT services domain.

Requirements

  • Drive Opportunities: Identify and analyze RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFB) opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to shape effective proposal strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals tailored to various technical and business audiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals meet company standards for format, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining strict submission deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance proposal templates, content libraries, and workflow automation tools for efficiency and consistency.
  • Sizing & Pricing Support: Assist in effort estimation and pricing for small to medium app development and maintenance projects under the guidance of the Bids Lead.
