This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, and networking.

  • Prospect Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic communication and engagement. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions effectively.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal. Provide timely and accurate information to prospects, addressing inquiries and concerns to move them through the sales pipeline.

  • B2B Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Utilize this knowledge to position products or services effectively in the B2B market.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects and clients.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
