Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for teams. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success and showcase the value of Deel‘s platform and products to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent customer-facing technical role)
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market and/or enterprise)
- Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance systems, data flows)
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR, and business leaders)
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less)
- Outstanding presentational skills
- Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude
- A collaborative, team player is essential
- Comfortable in a start-up, fast-moving environment
