QIMA is hiring a Senior Manager of Data & Web Engineering to lead the engineering function behind our revenue growth engine, overseeing data, APIs, websites, and automations, and making AI a core part of the team’s design, build, and operation processes.
Requirements
- Proven management of data and web teams with a grasp of the distinct project lifecycles, skill sets, and cultural needs of the data discipline
- Hands-on experience with API and data pipeline development, modern website architecture, and CRM platforms
- AI-native engineering practice with day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tooling and practical experience integrating large language models into production workflows
