The Senior Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for executing the Credit Union’s strategic priorities and objectives related to commercial real estate loan products. The role involves developing and building relationships with commercial loan brokers, economic development programs, and California businesses to provide commercial real estate loan and deposit products and services.
Requirements
- Manage, grow and execute business development activities and maintain pipeline statistics surrounding these activities.
- Individually generate annual commercial real estate loan production as agreed by management.
- Mentor and lead business loan officers and support team in the loan processes and member service best practices.
