As a Remote Tele-Interviewer, you will be providing the highest level of customer service to our clients in the insurance industry, completing medical and lifestyle history questionnaires over the phone with insurance applicants and scheduling the telephone interviews. You will be working 100% remote, with benefits and training paid by the employer.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service-related role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Ability to speak with confidence on the phone and document simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work alone or in a team to achieve departmental objectives.
