Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery within a complex, data-intensive environment supporting federal healthcare programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
- Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the consulting mindset
- In-depth knowledge of the requirements management cycle
- Strong command of modern product management practices
- Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments
- Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or contracting role
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner
- Strong experience owning products involving data pipelines, analytics, or reporting systems
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without direction
- Proven ability to lead in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of: data modeling and ETL processes, data quality, validation, and governance practices, experience partnering closely with data engineers and backend teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing complex systems with multiple dependencies and integrations
