Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years operating at a Senior or Staff level focusing on distributed systems and high-throughput platforms
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of Elasticsearch internals
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, API Gateway/BFF architectures, and event streams
- Resilience Engineering experience with fault-tolerant patterns
- Observability expertise with modern observability stacks
- Leadership with strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
