Sales Development Representative – Solar Industry

At Huzzle, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in solar or adjacent industries to join a fast-scaling company in the renewable energy sector. The role involves high-volume outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities within a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Identify and engage decision-makers in residential and commercial solar markets
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and sales readiness
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Stay up to date on solar industry trends, incentives, and competitive offerings
