Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, and we’re looking for a Launch Trainer to deliver a world-class onboarding experience to new dental practices. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change
- Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely
