Huzzle is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in solar or adjacent industries to connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Proven experience in solar or adjacent industries (renewable energy, utilities, HVAC, construction, or similar)
- Strong track record in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and hit targets consistently
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
