We’re hiring a skilled Deposition Attorney to join our Depositions Team at SLP, a high-volume consumer lemon law firm dedicated to helping consumers resolve vehicle warranty and defect disputes.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed deposition outlines and focused examination plans tailored to fact and expert witnesses.
- Take and defend depositions (fact and expert) in lemon law, warranty, and consumer litigation matters — including remote depositions and in-person proceedings.
- Draft and review deposition summaries, transcripts, errata, and designations for trial use; identify impeachment material and trial uses for testimony.
- Work closely with the Trial Team to convert deposition testimony into trial themes, witness strategy, and impeachment material.
- Communicate directly and compassionately with clients, experts, and third-party witnesses.
- Maintain accurate case notes and deposition calendars; collaborate with support staff and discovery attorneys.
