Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Comfortable working with audio and detail-oriented
- Ability to commit a few hours a day
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand various Japanese accents and speaking styles
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Comfortable reading and writing in both Japanese and English
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand various Japanese accents and speaking styles
- Native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome
- Non-native speakers should have JLPT N3 – N2 proficiency or higher
- Detail-oriented and patient, able to maintain at least 95% accuracy
- Willing to ask questions when unsure
- Laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection
- Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines
- Willing to complete a pre-assessment as part of the screening process
