We're hiring a full-time Mitigation Technician to help families and companies recover when water, fire, and storm damage turn lives upside down.
About the Role
As a Mitigation Technician based in Lewisville, Forsyth County, you'll be on the ground performing emergency restoration work that stabilizes damaged residential and commercial properties. Reporting to the Mitigation Coach, you'll play a hands-on part in returning structures to safe, livable condition after disasters of every scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls and assess water, flood, and fire damage at residential and commercial sites
- Carry out mitigation tasks such as water extraction, drying, and property stabilization
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment safely and effectively
- Document job site conditions and progress accurately
- Work closely with the Mitigation Coach and crew to meet customer and quality standards
- Deliver professional, compassionate service to property owners during stressful situations
Qualifications
- Willingness to respond to emergency restoration situations of all sizes
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding, hands-on tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer care
- Ability to follow direction from the Mitigation Coach and collaborate within a team
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional growth in the restoration field
