We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner, Analytics & Workforce to join our Finance team. As the analytical and systems engine, you’ll own our financial tooling, workforce analytics, and compensation modelling, while caring about the numbers and systems.
Requirements
- MSc degree in a quantitative domain
- 2–4 years in a role that combined financial analysis with data or systems work
- Strong experience with Google Sheets or Excel at the modelling level
- Familiarity with Deel, Xero, or comparable platforms at data-access level
- Self-directed and precise
