Requirements
- Coordination of project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information
- Development and maintenance of project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports
- Project cost management
- Development and maintenance of strong business relationships
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Experience with Genesys Cloud transformations is required
- Business analytics skills
- Technical hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud platform is a plus
- In-depth experience with identifying and understanding the user and business needs
