Agilidade Lo is hiring a full-time Promotor Técnico to drive technical sales and client engagement across the São Paulo region. This is a hands-on, on-site field role for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining product expertise with relationship building.
About the Role
As a Promotor Técnico at Agilidade Lo, you will spend your days in the field, traveling throughout São Paulo and neighboring cities to meet prospective and existing clients. The position blends technical know-how with a consultative sales approach, making you the trusted bridge between Agilidade Lo's solutions and the customers who rely on them. This is not a remote position — regular travel and in-person visits are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel and provide on-site support across São Paulo and surrounding municipalities
- Prospect, identify, and approach potential new clients
- Conduct technical visits and lead commercial meetings
- Assess customer needs and present tailored technical solutions
- Run product tests, demonstrations, and presentations
- Prepare commercial proposals and carry out negotiations
- Follow up on each stage of the sales and service process
Qualifications
- Comfort working in the field with frequent travel within the São Paulo region
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear customer benefits
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for commercial meetings
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset toward finding and winning new business
- Organizational skills to manage proposals, demonstrations, and follow-ups
