About the Role

As a Maintenance Tech at Hammonton Center, you'll be part of the team that keeps our Hammonton, NJ skilled nursing facility running smoothly day to day. This is a full-time, on-site position that includes weekend coverage on a rotating schedule. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, and we offer a supportive, team-oriented working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to keep resident and common areas safe and functional
• Help maintain building systems, fixtures, and equipment in good working order
• Participate in a weekend rotation as part of the maintenance team
• Support a clean, well-maintained environment that meets the needs of residents and staff

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair skills across building, mechanical, and facility systems
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends on a rotating basis
• Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
