We’re looking for a temporary Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us identify top diverse talent for immediate and future positions throughout the Company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sourcing talent at the VP+ levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Consumer Goods, Digital Game or Entertainment industry experience is a huge plus
- Deep knowledge across the entire recruiting lifecycle from talent mapping, research, sourcing and talent assessment
- Proficient at using sourcing tools inclusive of Boolean strings, LinkedIn, databases, industry directories, etc.
- Curiosity – you stay abreast of emerging industry trends and new tools and technology to help you achieve results
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently
- Able to be nimble to meet the changing business needs
