Kraken is hiring a Principal, Business Operations – AI & Automation to build and deploy agentic workflows and AI-powered tools to automate business processes and drive efficiency. The role requires a strong strategist, builder, and operator with expertise in AI, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Product Strategy, or similar roles in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto
- AI-native mindset
- Hands-on builder with experience working with Claude, APIs, n8n, scripting, and automation platforms
- Rapid learner with ability to switch domains, pick up unfamiliar tools, and deliver results in weeks, not months
- Data-driven with ability to reach for metrics before opinions and pull, clean, and analyze data
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with ability to go deep into workflows, systems, and data
- High ownership and ability to design and ship solutions without waiting for permission
- Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
