This full-time, on-site role places you at the forefront of emerging privacy law within a fast-growing Data Privacy and Complex Litigation practice.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Associate Attorney, you will join a thriving team handling some of the most consequential matters in modern privacy litigation. The firm is seeking a lawyer with four to six years of litigation experience who is ready to take on substantive responsibility while helping build out an expanding practice area. This is a White Plains-based opportunity to develop deep expertise in data privacy, data breach response, consumer protection, and class action work.

Key Responsibilities

• Litigate data privacy, data breach, and consumer protection cases from inception through resolution
• Support complex class action matters across multiple stages of the litigation lifecycle
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare strategy on cutting-edge privacy issues
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Data Privacy and Complex Litigation practice
• Manage case workloads while maintaining a high standard of advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs

Qualifications

• Four to six years of litigation experience as a practicing attorney
• Active license to practice law and admission in good standing
• Demonstrated interest or background in data privacy, data breach, consumer protection, or class action litigation
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site in White Plains, Westchester County, within a collaborative, expanding team
