FUJIFILM is seeking a skilled Counsel specializing in eCommerce and D2C to join our legal team in Madison, Dane County — a pivotal full-time role supporting the growth of our Imaging Division's direct-to-consumer business.
About the Role
As Counsel — eCommerce and D2C at Fujifilm, you will serve as a key legal partner to the FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Imaging Division. This on-site position in Madison, Dane County is ideal for a seasoned commercial transactions attorney who can operate independently while advising business stakeholders on the legal dimensions of online and direct-to-consumer commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on legal counsel and transactional support to the Imaging Division's eCommerce and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements tied to D2C sales and online retail channels.
- Work autonomously to identify and resolve legal issues, offering practical guidance to internal business teams.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the legal department to safeguard the company's interests.
- Help the business navigate the legal considerations inherent in consumer-facing digital transactions.
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with substantial experience in commercial transactions law.
- Demonstrated expertise in direct-to-consumer sales and eCommerce transactions.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage matters with limited oversight.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communicator who can translate complex legal concepts for business partners.
