About the Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney with Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq in Edison, you will take ownership of a varied caseload, guiding each matter through both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. This on-site position is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives on building strong claims, negotiating effectively, and standing up for clients when a case heads to trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury matters end to end, from initial client intake through settlement or verdict.
- Handle both pre-litigation work and active litigation, keeping each case moving toward resolution.
- Develop case strategy, prepare filings, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Conduct negotiations and pursue the strongest possible outcomes on behalf of injured clients.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the life of their case.
Qualifications
- Proven trial experience is essential for this role.
- Strong litigation abilities and a demonstrated commitment to client advocacy.
- Capability to independently manage a demanding, complex caseload.
- Experience handling personal injury matters across the full case lifecycle.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
