About the Role

As a Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan in Myrtle Beach, you will be a vital partner to our attorneys, supporting cases from intake through resolution. You'll help everyday Americans stand up to insurance carriers, major corporations, and manufacturers of unsafe products. This is an on-site role where your organization, accuracy, and dedication keep our litigation moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, pleadings, and legal documentation throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Draft correspondence, discovery requests, and court filings under attorney supervision.
• Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings with the courts.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and compassionately.
• Conduct factual research and compile records, medical documentation, and exhibits to support case strategy.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal, preferably within a litigation or personal injury practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet competing deadlines.
• Comfortable with legal case-management software and standard office technology.
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to consumer rights.
