Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in real estate, smart home, or building automation
- Proven success in managing complex B2B projects
- Strong technical understanding of IoT, smart home ecosystems, and motorized shading
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
