We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support a multi-faceted entrepreneur managing a growing skincare brand alongside a career in entertainment and modeling. The role will involve admin and marketing tasks, calendar management, and travel planning. This is a part-time position with potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business growth.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Previous VA / Personal Assistant experience
- Comfortable handling emails independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (ads, influencers)
- Highly organized and proactive
- Able to work PST hours
