At Strong Technical Services, Inc., we are a highly motivated value-based organization operating in a nimble environment. We specialize in the installation and service of digital projection, audio systems, and digital signage, and are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with electronics related to the Pro-Av market
- Familiarity with computer and networking concepts and architecture
- Experience with digital cinema equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Valid, state issued driver’s license
- Ability to stand, sit, squat and bend for a period of time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a high-stress, face-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self-starter who can find and resolve issues as they are identified
- Ability to successfully interface with a wide range of personnel within the organization
