Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Croatian Customer Service Representative to join our travel agency team in Athens, providing excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients, helping them plan and enjoy their travel experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel agency roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
