We are looking for a Head of Growth & Strategy to design and build the systems, structure, and strategy required to scale a modern IT Managed Services Provider. The role involves defining go-to-market strategy, productising services, and establishing commercial and operational frameworks for growth.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience building or scaling a B2B services business
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription-based pricing structures
  • Experience in designing go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and commercial frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement sales processes and growth systems from the ground up
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute practically and drive outcomes
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or similar) and building pipeline visibility
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in a growth-focused environment
  • Ability to operate in a build phase with ambiguity and evolving priorities
