Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead & Product Launch Owner (Consumer AI) to help bring a new AI-powered consumer product to market in the US and drive user growth among everyday American consumers.
Requirements
- Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C / consumer / self-serve digital product.
- Strong track record driving measurable user growth, revenue, or activation results.
- Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, organic growth, and channel testing.
- Experience owning or supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
- Comfortable working independently in lean teams with high ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
