People Operations Specialist Benefits US will serve as the internal contact for benefits administration from inception/inquiry through to resolution. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with empathy and sound judgment are critical in this role. Will work alongside the Benefits, HR & People teams, Finance, and Payroll to build and support best-in-class leave programs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years or related experience in and/or training in payroll and benefits with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare
- Experience with Workday
- Strong technical knowledge of Excel required, including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot-tables and lookups preferred.
