New Account Installer

Cintas is hiring a full-time New Account Installer in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County, to help brand-new customers get off to a confident, well-supported start. If you take pride in hands-on setup work and turning first impressions into lasting satisfaction, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a New Account Installer at Cintas, you are the first point of contact once an account is sold. Working on-site in the Village of Los Ranchos and across Bernalillo County, you coordinate the initial product delivery and physical setup so each new customer experiences Cintas's products and services exactly as promised. Your attention to detail directly shapes whether a fresh account becomes a loyal, long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the initial delivery and installation of products for newly signed customer accounts.
• Install, mount, and repair bulk product dispensers and related equipment at customer locations.
• Partner with customers to confirm placement, functionality, and overall satisfaction with the setup.
• Coordinate closely with sales, service, and other Cintas departments to schedule and complete smooth on-boarding.
• Ensure every new account meets Cintas's standards for quality, presentation, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to represent Cintas professionally on-site.
• Comfort with hands-on installation, basic mechanical tasks, and equipment repair.
• Reliable organization and communication skills for coordinating deliveries across teams.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of installing and servicing bulk dispensers.
• Authorization to work full-time at customer sites in and around Bernalillo County.
